Having high blood pressure, what 's the best over the counter headache medicine to buy?

Enteric Coated Aspirin - as long as you dont take blood thinners.

Tylenol is safe, but I find aspirin works better for some reason.

No med, pl see what suits you.
If you are in cold country use all warm things.
Pl try cold water bath and observe if in hot country, if pain increases use warm.
