Do NOT stop suddenly as you can get rebound hypertension and elevate your risk for stroke. Your blood pressure is now normal BECAUSE of them. Your MD and/or office nurse should have told you this. Also, look for the side effects listed on the nomograph tha comes from the phamacy. Report these immediately to your MD. Sometimes you need to tweak these meds and to remain successful on them, you need to follow the literature closely. |
