High blood pressure.?

i had a blood pressure of 165/85 earlier today.
and then i checked again a few minutes ago and it was 125/80 is this possible.

Same here. It sounds like isolated systolic hypertension.

Mine is 140/65 to 160/90.

I can't help you though. The doc hasnt been able to help me...

Yes it is possible. caffeine, stress, lack of sleep can all raise blood pressure. were both of the readings done with the same equipment? Most of the wrist monitors aren't very accurate. The first number fluctuates faster with stress and exertion, and today was very hot here, that would even make a difference. If in doubt ask your doctor!

Yes - quite common for your blood pressure to vary day by day and even at different times of the day. Check once or twice a day to get a feel for how the readings look. If most of them are around 125/80 then you're fine. If most of them are around 165/85 then you need to see your doctor.

If you want to check to see if you have high blood pressure take it around the same time every day after you've been sitting for at least 15 minutes. Then keep a log of it for about one week.
