8% Blood, 12% Pus in MILK? Acne? High Blood Pressure from it!?

I keep hearing these things and I want to stop drinking milk, has anyone else done this and do they feel better, do they look better?

A link to acne from dairy has been found-i know the less i consume the better my skin is. There is a hormone called DHT which has been proven to cause it.

Also, alot of people I know have sworn off dairy becuase it increases the aging (skin) process. This compiled with the puss factor in milk anyways and all the hormones and antibiotics they pump into milk beforehand--you might want to consider other dairy types of food, like carob instead of chocolate, or goatsmilk instead of cowsmilk, which is more similar to human milk (breastmilk) anyways.

Ultimately it depends on your system, but if acne is a problem i cant think of a better thing to start doing! Get off milk!!
