Is it okay to take Biotin with High blood pressure medicine? Sure it is! biotin is a vitamin. Its found in alot of the foods we eat. So really it is pretty much impossible to avoid! The difference here is: You are taking a Biotin supplement. Which means you will be getting a higher dose of Biotin. Its fine! Just don't take too much of it. Some natural vitamins and herbs can lower blood presser. And of course if you take blood pressure medication, then taking the herb or vitamin in large doses could cause serious problems! The FDA is the last place I would trust about anything but it would seem the answer is unknown. Ask your doctor. |
