Is Coffee healthy even though you may have high blood pressure?


I have high blood pressure and need to drop a couple of pounds, but I hear that coffee is good with boosting metabolism and helping with exercise. Is this true? My blood pressure is at 130-140. Would it be ok for me to drink coffee and exercise?

One cup of coffee a day is an anti oxidant, coffee should be over 140degrees and drank within 10 minutes before it becomes acidic. Drink green tean to get rid of yoru water weight.
