Does anybody know anything about high blood pressure in the lungs? |
My legs swell up and my Oxygen is to low and the Dr's think it may be this? what is it and will I live a full life or do i have a time limit? thanks for any Information. This is usually managed with blood pressure medication, a diuretic (water pill) and close monitoring of your weight daily. People who keep their blood pressure close to normal limits, report any 2# weight gain to their doctor and any shortness of breath or coughing and have their doctor adjust their medications accordingly, can lead fairly long lives but with some activity adjustments to allow for periods of rest, possible use of supplemental oxygen when needed and regular check ups with their doctor.
