High blood pressure help me? |
i just got my pressure check and i got 190/110 what can i do. i hAVE no health isssance and i dont want to go to the hospital. My suggestion to you would be to do a few things: First of all, take a close look at your diet. If you use a lot of salt, you must cut that down immediately. (Be aware that most processed foods, soft drinks, and "fast foods" are loaded with salt/sodium) Secondly, if you are overweight, you need to do something about that. I don't mean to sound like a nag, but these few factors can have a huge influence upon your blood pressure. I also would strongly suggest that you get outside and do some walking. If you're not used to this, start out with shorter distances and gradually increase it.
