L-Carnitine with High Blood Pressure? |
Is it safe to take L-Carnitine with a high blood pressure? If not, so what fat burner is safe to take having a high blood pressure? My experience its very safe. I have more to say, You might have to go to the bathroom more and if you have high blood pressure and your diabetic you should check it more often. I have lost some weight, but because I am less hungry, but I don't have it burning fat I know of. My blood pressure was better now since I started and although not 120/70 all of time the numbers were quite high as recently as October 2008. I have a nurse who comes once a week, but I will be in a fix when my nurse quits coming since I can't afford a good machine to check that more often. My blood pressure has been as high as 180/110 and although its very much coming down each week overall, it has been improving with time. You should determine based on your weight, your blood pressure and there are very good foods which help like Potassium which are in the veggies which help a lot for blood pressure. May you have much success, I want to have more success and I am wanting my blood pressure to be 110/60 which is my target, but this will take patience and time, and watching how you feel. |
