I don't know if you are male of female, but let me try to help you:

Take salmon oil and flax seed oil in a daily basis.
Calcium, magnesium and potassium in daily basis also but has to be 100% vegetarian.
No caffeine
No sodas, regular or diet
No table salt, use sea salt better for you
Please try to go to a doctor that practice natural medicine.
the plate where you eat, divide it (mentally) in three, 40% fruits, 30% vegetables and 30% protein.
Absolutely no processed meat, (bacon, ham, etc)

I tried this with my mother and it works, her blood pressure used to be 180/90 and now is 140/80 and she is 83 years old.

Exercise, particularly cardiovascular and aerobic exercise. Eat decent food and not fatty crap. Don't "work out three times a week", live a healthy lifestyle through and through.

There's no magic cure. Just live healthier.

Also try to eliminate stress. Stress can cause high blood pressure also. Simplify your life.

Valerian root is pretty good for that...you can drink it as a tea, use as a tincture, or probably even take capsules (but you don't usually absorb those quite as well) -- the only hitch is that 5% of the population it actually raises blood pressure so its good to drink a little of the tea and just see how your body reacts, whether your heart beats a little faster or instead you feel calmed down, etc. :)

What is your blood pressure anyway? As a doctor, I would generally agree to let my patients try the diet and exercise first if their blood pressure is around 140/90. If it's higher than that, I would really recommend at least one drug.

You can try a diet that is low in salt and fat and exercise at least 30 minutes most days of the week. Have your BP taken everyday and record it. Then visit your MD.

Good luck!

The thing that seems to work the best for most people is magnesium as it relaxes the blood vessels so they are pliable. There are other supplements and herbs that also help including potassium, hawthorn, etc.

The best I've found that has all the good stuff is the WSN Blood Vessel Support Formula. You can read about it at www.realfoodnutrients.com/bp/home.htm

Potassium, over the counter. You can take up to 6 a day of these, they are like 3% of your recommended daily intake. 2 bananas a day also is a good substitute.

Meditation has been proven to lower you blood pressure. Although a small portion of people need to shorten their meditation time if blood pressure increases.

Plus Supplements:
-Magnesium
-Vitamin C
-Omega 3

Daily 20-30 minute walks.

Goji/Noni Juice.

Healthy food.

well it's gonna take some work
less food and eat healthy

u gotta start exercising and stop eating salty foods
also high blood pressure may be due to stress so try to have fun once in a while and relax

Yeah, barberry, black cohosh, feverfew, garlic, and ginger'll do the trick.

Olive leaf pills work wonders. I bought some for my father in law, and his blood pressure stablized so much he no longer takes prescription meds at all. Good luck! -Jess

hawthorn berries. You can find them at your health food store.

no salt. at least if you're going to use salt make sure it's only sea salt.

No stress, eat healthly, and exerise

stay away from salt and eat or take garlic...
