I want to know if i have high blood pressure? |
when i'm sitting down , and if i get up from the chair quickly and start walking my ears pop and i feel like an air pressure that starts from my ears and goes directly to my eyes and i feel dizzy alittle bit. Could this be a sign of high blood pressure? It could be low blood pressure. I am 22 and for the past 5 years or so, I get light headed quite often and I have fainted about a dozen times. I went to the doctors and I have very low blood pressure. My blood pressure is sometimes 90 over 60 when it should be 120 over 80 and sometimes it's under 80 over 50. He told me to always keep a chocolate bar on me to eat if I start feeling light headed and I see him on a regular basis.
