Or yes, you may have just inheritted bad genes like I did. High blood pressure runs in my family and my mom died of a stroke at 54. My cousin had a stroke at 30. Every single uncle has had a heart attack. But don't be like me and be all anxious about it and check your reading all the time. You'll end up getting panic attacks. I'm on two blood pressure meds and exercise daily, lost weight and its under control.
