What disease is more common High Blood Pressure or Diabetes?

it depends on how you eat.... my older sister has diabetes (type 1) and she got it because she ate to much sugar! ( all the time, but she is skinny) but high blood pressure you can get from eating to much salt etc so probably high blood pressure

Unexplained nosebleeds is caused by too much pressure on the arterioles (tiny arteries) that they will eventually collapse and lead to bleeding. Since Diabetes can affect multiple systems, it's possible that hypertension can occur secondary to diabetes.
