no natural thing will do the job, take the real stuff, i have for years, i dont have any side effects from my bp meds at all,
passion fruit lowers your blood pressure naturally pretty quick too. Just becareful to not drink too much, cause then it may lower it too much. Everyone in my family that has high blood pressure uses it, it works every single time.
You can make a juice from concentrate (they sell it frozen in supermarkets) you may find it on the ethnic aisle since hispanics use it (Other names: Parcha, Parchita, Maracuya)

I have tried Raulffia Serpentina. It worked initially. But then soon the response was zero. Maybe I had a bad doctor who could not treat me. I am finally back on Allopathic meds. Gives me good results, but too much dependency and have to continue for life.
