What works for you, for high blood pressure? |
my pressure is persitently high , tried and taking drugs but nothing seems to work. Advise please. Go on a healthy vegetarian and fruit diet. Moderate exercise like light jogging, cycling, wlking an hour per day. doesnt cheerios, or is that cholesterol? Try and organic vegan raw diet. It'll give your body everything it needs to fix itself. www.ecopolitan.com Exercise, and lots of healthy eating. No pouring on the salt on foods, no fried food, no frozen foods. Bananas help lower blood pressure too. But you need to try cutting out the salted foods and basically concentrate on healthy stuff. I've had HBP for the last 10 years and I'm on a low dose of BP medicine ziac 2.5 and it never went up from that. My current BP is 110 over 70! Until last year it was at 132 over 85 or so, but I cut out alot of junk foods, chips, doritos and such too. Living with HBP I lost a bit of weight cut out salt started to exercise and my doctor said I can come off my medication and see how it goes. Good luck |
