I need some recipes for high blood pressure.?

My husband has high blood pressure and I need some recipes to make him some new food that are healthy but tasty. Also, I would like to know what some foods are that will lower his blood pressure naturally.

keep away from salty stuff...fried foods etc...By the way, when you start looking for food that wont cause cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stinky feet, you pretty much lose the "good tasting food" category.

Cut down on fatty foods by making a few substitutes in your current recipes. You could use turkey breast filets in the place of pork chops. Season to taste and either bake or brown in a healthy oil. Introduce more fish and chicken into his diet.
You could sub turkey bacon for the real thing, You could use egg beater's brand in the place of real eggs.
