Many different factors can cause high blood pressure, including obesity; drinking three or more alcoholic beverages a day; high salt intake; aging; a sedentary lifestyle; stress; low potassium, magnesium, and calcium intake; and resistance to insulin.

stress, liquor, certain medications, animal fat intake (exc fish oils), overweight, lack of excercise (that makes your heart beat fast).,your genes.
