Does anyone know how to treat high blood pressure?

Treat how? There are tons of medications out there, your doc can prescribe one for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for ways to treat it without using medication, that's a different story.

One thing that really works, and I know it does because I use it, and until I started taking it, my BP didn't come down, is hawthorne berry syrup.

Also, if you don't exercise, get out and get moving! Exercise helps lower blood pressure. Don't use salt, get some light salt or stop using it altogether. Watch your diet, too. There's a book called The DASH Diet For Hypertension--dietary approaches to stopping hypertension. I tried it, but it was too difficult for me.

Get a BP machine, and a little notebook, keep track of your BP/pulse, write it down, write down what time of day you're taking it. Although hypertension is serious business, it's not a death sentence like it was 30 years ago. There are many ways to treat it. Good luck! Source(s): http://www.hawthornsyrup.com/
