Probably. But it's probably not a good idea to use a pill like that as an abortifacient. You're also likely to cause the baby to have birth defects, not abort it.

Angiotensin Type II receptor blockers can cause harm to babies. Angiotensin II stimulates growth in babies and when blocked can cause defects and I'm guessing an abortion.
