Does it mean anything if I have high blood pressure but get lightheaded/dizzy easily?

because lightheadedness is supposed to be a sign of low blood pressure. So I was wondering what the lightheadedness might be about.

Yes.

1. If you are overweight, or of larger size, you may be at risk for an enlarged heart, and congestive heart failure. The bigger the heart, the harder it has to work to move itself, and the higher volume of blood it moves, the more likely this is to happen

2. This is held to be a sign of late onset T2 diabetes.

3. High levels of sodium, water and therefore plasma and bodymass, will again yield these issues.

This is a small symptom that could simply mean that you need to eat more often (not more) and excercise. However it could also lead to any or all of these problems, including heart attack and stroke. If you do not feel "right" you should see a doctor until you do, or until you die.
well it does
