Do you think garlic can realy lower high blood pressure?



Some people adviced me to eat garlic and i tried sometimes.what is the nice way to eat it,so that it doesn't taste owful.

you can get garlic pills much easier to swallow than eating garlic in my opinion and yes they work my dad has taken them for years and now my husband takes them. They come in no odor form as well

YES, IF your high blood pressure is caused by cholesterol deposits, garlic can definitely help because it is proven to break it up. Also dilates the blood vessels. Kyolic makes several garlic products that you just swallow and they don't burp up.
