How safe it to use vinegar for high blood pressure, and how do I use it?

Ok, first of all, "T B", you're recommending a drug used to treat erection problems wich is absolutely contraindicated in Hypertensive patients. So, "Mlushetile", whatever you do, if you've got hypertension, do not use Viagra without a proper physician advice.
Then, about the vinegar, it is of no proven use to treat a hypertensive problem. I will not say it is useless, because, put simply, no serious scientific studies have been conducted in this direction, since there aren't any indices of a potential use in the treatment of this condition.
Hypertension (HT) -the normal pathologic state, not special cases of HT like the malignant HT, for example-, is a common pathology affecting more and more individuals specially in developed countries (it is in fact one of the so-called Developed Countries' Pathologies). The common characteristic is the rising of both the systolic and diastolic arterial pressures, with a consequent rise in mean arterial pressure. This imposes a greater stress on all the body's vessels and on the heart, a reaction following in wich the heart overexercises and hypertrophies itself. Smaller vessels, like those in the Brain, Kidneys, Heart (Coronaries), Eyes, are exposed to greater than normal blood pressures. These higher BP's sometimes reach and pass the resistance of the wall of these vessels, tearing them, and stopping the blood flow to the tissue affected. These results in strokes, heart infarctions, renal failures, blindness, and so on...
With a proper diet, low on fat (NO ANIMAL FATS, TRY USING OLIVE OIL, INSTEAD!!!), low on salt, with proper water ingestion, fruit, green vegetables, fish (best if it's sea fish, since they have a greater amount of omega-3, wich is great for the control of cholesterol), some exercise every day (SOME, NOT PROFESSIONAL LEVEL!) and, if needed, an antihypertensive therapy prescribed by your doctor, all those big problems I told you about before, are very much likely not to happen.
It is not safe at all, if you don't use the proper medication and take vinegar instead. Hypertension is a serious condition which, left untreated, will shorten your life by decades, and affect your life quallity aswell. Dietary precautions are important, but they mainly consist of salt restriction, regular exercise, and rational diet which will for sure be recommended by your physician. Extensive usage of one type of food or drink to "treat" hypertension is dangerous. Consult an allopathic physician for medication and regime recommendations.
