What is the best way to lower my high blood pressure and cholestrol? |
Im 25 yrs old woman and my docter prescribed me a few months back a dieutric pill to try to lower my high blood pressure. I dont want to be taking medication for the rest of my life. Unfortunately, it runs on both sides of my family very strongly and i heard somewhere that it doesn't matter wether I change my eating habits or not, most likely im going to have to take medication for it.
