Can i get some tips on naturally lowering High blood pressure?

IM IN MY EARLY TENTIES AND IM TRYIN TO GET IT UNDER CONTROL EARLY..........

My mother & step-father have HBP. They are both taking Omega-3 Fish Oil supplements. They have only taken it for a few weeks & said that their bp has significantly lowered.

Also things like caffeinated & alcholic drinks will raise bp. Take in moderation.

An old wives tale that I am not too sure about is vinegar. Take a teaspoon of vinegar a day. Yuck, but lots of people say that it works.

Peace.

:)
exercise and cut out caffeine
lol I'm 19...i got high blood pressure....exercise helps....staying hydrated...also staying away from caffinated drinks!
avoid stimulants such as caffeine, don't smoke, don't drink, don't become overweight, exercise regularly and sleep well!!

Enjoy!!!
Change your eating habits. Quit smoking, if you do,and regular exercise. There is more information on this everywhere. Try this link:

Also, besides all above, lower your salt intake and stress level. Learn a stress reduction technique like yoga or imagery. Do be aware that there's also a genetic component that just can't be argued with sometimes. Keep a close working relationship with your physician and have BP checked often. G' luck to you!
