WHAT TYPE OF DOCTOR DO YOU SEE FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS?

WHAT TYPE OF DOCTOR DO YOU SEE FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS?

Usually you just see a general practitioner. You would only need a specialist if your blood pressure does not come down with medication or if your doctor suspects an underlying condition that requires special treatment. This is a common disorder and most GPs are up to date on treating it.
your primary doctor
Cardiologist or Internal Medicine
Go to your normal docotor preferrably, or a nearby health clinic. Nothing fancy.
General practice or family clinic
If you have already seen your primary care physician (even a GP can treat this problem) and want to see a specialist, then you would go to an internist specializing in heart problems or a cardiologist.
