Can a women of 38yrs taking norvasc for high blood pressure become pregnant? |
Having been trying to conceive for over 5yrs. Norvasc is pregnancy risk category C. Do not take it if you are pregnant. Talk to your doctor about switching to another blood pressure medication that is not harmful to the fetus. "Norvasc is in the FDA pregnancy category C. This means that it is not known whether Norvasc will be harmful to an unborn baby. Do not take this medication without first talking to your doctor if you are pregnant or could become pregnant during treatment." http://www.drugs.com/norvasc.html... |
