Does anyone have safe exercises for overweight people with high blood pressure, not sex? |
Need exercises that are not over strenuous, but will help with weight loss and toning. For someone trying to loose 110Lbs. to 120Lbs., that has high blood pressure problems and gets easily winded. Also need to be exercises that can be done in the home. For a good excercise you need to get the heart pumping a little, I call it blowing out the pipes! You can do this by simply walking a little either in your home or outdoors for 30 min 5x a week. Then to loose the weight eat healthy low glycemic meals. These meals consist more of your whole grains not processed and staying away from red meats and certain dairy products. Then add a good high qaulity nutritional supplement to help the natural you burn the fat the best! It is very doable and really doesn't take a ton of effort just simple planning.
