What can i do for headaches if i have high blood pressure.? You have got to get that b/p down first! loose weight, diet, lots of exercise, drink plenty of water every day!!! And last of all go and see the doctor for a check-up! Have a good day! You can take tylenol. if you were in hospital in Canada that is what they would give you. When I was told I had high blood presure, I worried all the time about it, once I had a good talk with my doctor and now I dont worry and my blood presure is normal now . Try to relax and not worry, maybe you got a headache from tension, but tylenol is just fine to take. i heard somewhere that sucking on a peppermint will help. i dont have head aches, so i dont know for sure. but i hope it works for you.
