Why is my neck always red and i dont have high blood pressure? You might just have what they used to call "a robust complexion". My uncle did. He had a red neck, and a red face. He just looked hearty. Blustery. Outdoorsy. If you have asked your doctor about it, so that you know you don't have HBP, has your doc ruled out other possibilities like, say, rosacea, or allergy related surface irritation, etc.? If so, then I would conclude that you are just you and your pigment is just prone to showing more flushing. Some people blush easily, too.
