I would only go in 5 minutes at a time, but ask your doc for sure. Heat causes vasodilation, therefore increase in blood pressure, pulse, ets. and it may heighten it even more. If you're on an antihypertensive, then maybe you'd be ok but check it out first.
no one should stay in the spa for more then 15 mins anyway.

But ask you doctor .

It all depents on how high is your blood pressure, and if it is under control with med.
I am on blood pressure meds and I sit in the hot tub for a maximum of ten minutes.
