Using only non perscription remedies, what is effective for reducing high blood pressure? I admire you for your adherence to non prescription remedies. A very effective, natural way to reduce high blood pressure is to drink eight glasses of distilled water daily with a natural, and organic, enhanced mineral complex called xtreme x2o (coral calcium with 70 trace minerals). Xtreme X2O when dissolved in ionic form in water transforms the solution with a pH of 9.9 (highly alkaline)! Your body will undergo a completely natural alkalizing and detoxification process once you drink eight glasses of water with xtreme x2o on a daily basis. You may ask, why not drink just water? The answer is: When you drink plain water, lots of it, your body does not get the critical minerals it needs to balance its pH (in short, to help transform your body to an alkaline state). If you would like to know why this is critically important, let me explain. It seems that a habitually acid pH can directly cause high blood pressure and cholesterol plaque buildup. Here's what happens when a system is too acid. LDL-Cholesterol is laid down at an accelerated rate within an acid chemical environment of the cardiovascular system, inappropriately lining the vascular network, and clogging up the works! The amount of cholesterol in the diet has not been found to be a major factor in cholesterol plaque formation. Rather, pH status appears to be the factor more directly involved, binding cholesterol with heavy metals and other cellular debris. Furthermore, a highly acidic system disrupts Blood Pressure. With acidosis, (pH<7.20) arteries become dilated. When this happens, peripheral blood is shifted more centrally: the more acidic the patient, the greater the fractional redistribution of blood to the central vessels. This central redistribution of blood adds to the heart's workload when its contractibility is compromised. If you would like to know your body's pH, whether you are acidic or alkaline, let me know.
