What (other than having it checked) are some signs of high blood pressure?


Just curious. A coworker says he's concerned about me, because my face is always red and I look flushed, and I sweat easily. Is this a sign of high blood pressure? If not, what ARE some signs?

These are more likely signs of regular alchohol use than high blood pressure though.
I don't think there is anyway of finding out if you have high blood pressure without having it checked.
just go measure it - can do for free at drug stores - not worth mucking around with this one mate, find out

Red face is not necessarily indicative of high B.P. If someone can carefully observe , a hypertensive without anemia ot heart disease pulsates with every heart beat. While lying down or sleeping toes move with each pulse .
