And here is the real bad part: if you are a salt fan like me, most foods already have more salt than you need in them so if you are having a blood pressure problem you are probably done with adding salt to food. Also you need to start looking for low sodium or lower sodium versions of your favorite foods. All my best.
My mother was a High BP sufferer for more than 30 years and as per her doctors - The more you refrain from intaking sodium, the better it is. It is better to keep it within one gram i.e. 1000 mg. per day.
