What kind of pain reliever is suitable for people with high blood pressure....what should I stay away from?

Speak to your doctor, this is not a thing to try and guess yourself. Hypertension is serious.
Just look out for sinus medications and cold medicines. They can make your blood pressure rise. Regular Tylenol and Advil will be fine.
depends on the medicine you take for the high blood pressure. i can only take aleve with my medicine.
Please ask your doctor or pharmacist for recommendations, as some medications will interfere with others!
