I bought a hemitite ring today, its supposed to reduce High Blood Pressure and Headaches, does it really work? If you believe in crystal healing, read on. If not, just ignore this answer. To some extent the energies in different gems and stones are believed to help with physical issues. If you are going to use hematite (which is best known for it's grounding qualities) I would still back it up with more western medicine. Alternative medicines, such as crystal therapy, can be very beneficial, but should never be used by themselves, only in conjunction with other treatments. If you want to know about some other stones that may help with the headaches, let me know. I'll be glad to post some. whoever told u that is full of BS, hematite is just polished iron, and cannot permeate the skin Nope, sorry. Ask your doctor what changes you should make to your diet and lifestyle instead. If your headaches and blood pressure reduce then I guess so. I was pretty skeptical of them myself til I tried a few of them myself and noticed a difference. I would suggest talking to www.mooncavecrystals.com for more info. They have a forum as well. I would not just use them only but take the measures suggested by your doctor to also improve your health but crystals can be a good tool to use along with other methods.
