Can I use green tea diet pills if i have high blood pressure?

A lot of people think just because a "natural" product is advertised as "all natural" or "safe" that no harm can come of consuming it. However, poison ivy is also "natural" and can give the worse rash you've ever had, including the possibility of anaphylactic shock should the person exposed to it be extremely sensitive to it. So, before taking any "safe", "natural", or "over-the-counter" products, please consult with your doctor. Some herbal remedies will interact with prescription medications or may even lessen the desired effect of the prescription medication. Consult with your doctor first before taking anything other than prescribed! Source(s): Nursing experience.
sure and avoid salt
NO!

Most diet pills are combinations of stimulants and diuretics. In most cases they say ON THE PACKAGE if you have HBP not to use them!

I would be very cautious about taking any stimulants...ask your doctor who is more familiar with your case!

In certain situations the diet pills can raise your blood pressure to an unsafe level, and yes deaths have resulted!
