I need to know if there is a Natural o Commercial Medicine that helps to cure High Blood Pressure?

To my knowledge there is no wonder drung that
"cures" high blood pressure. There are really good ones that will help keep it under control. However, with a good diet, good exercise plan, low stress level life usually one can keep their blood pressure in check. There are many medications that can lower blood pressure. Also, good diet, exercise, and weight loss (if needed) can also lower it significantly.
at first you have to know whether you have high blood pressure.. in case you are diagnosed with having high blood pressure the first thing to do is to have a dietary regulation
1.cut down on all extra salt and pickles... follow this for one week and then monitor your pressure again
if the blood pressure is still high then we go in for medication
there are 4 categories for anti hypertensive drugs
a. diuretics
b.beta blockers
c.ace inhibitors
d.calcium channel blockers

you can start on beta blockers but if not then according to the doctors discretion can go into ace inhibitors or any other group or a combinatyion of two groups

The natural way I know is the celery.Use juice extractor to make celery juice.Drink 1/2 cup every morning. This really help.Also try cucumber juice the same way you make to celery.
