Is it okay to take pain meds when you have high blood pressure?

I have high blood pressure and take meds for it. I'm not supposed to take anything for pain, colds, flu, etc. except Tylenol. I can take vitamins. Even when I go to the doctor, sometimes I have to question the meds they prescribe because I'm not allowed to take so many meds.

Just be safe and ask your doctor.
