What would be the best exercise for a person who has high blood pressure? Walking is always a good bet... walking would be good, it's low impact & you shouldn't get light headed. I would say walking is the best exercise.... Brisk walk for 30 mins a day Nordic Walking has been shown recently in a study to improve a persons high blood pressure. I know it is hard to get use to, but I recommend you at least read about it.
