I would like to know what to eat with my Diverticulitis, hypothyroid,high cholesterol,high blood pressure? You have a lot going on. With diverticulitis, you should stay away from all seeds....sesame, strawberries, poppy, etc. They get caught in there and inflame it. Other than that, you should be eating a low-fat (not fat free) diet and watching your calories. It would be better if you ate 6 small meals evenly spaced through the day. Wow, with all of that it is going to be hard to find anything to eat. Diverticulitis would be what I would opt to pamper since you have to focus on the most important. Stay away from roughage such as nuts. The medication for hypothyroid, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure should free you up not to worry about those as much. Just try to stay healthy and stick with the organic foods since toxins can aggravate a lot of your conditions. Diverticulitis means eating absolutely nothing with seeds, this includes bananas, as tiny as the seeds are they can cause major flare ups. Hon, you really need a medical dietitian to provide you with a menu of things that you can eat, without worry of causing a trip to the E.R. |

Isometrics are a great way of toning and gaining strength(Bruce Lee is an excellent example).I did isometrics for YEARS in my martial arts training and saw huge results(I also lift weights).... High blood pressure isn't... "hyperglycemia". It's "hypertension". No matter what you're talking about, you're meaning something that's relating... tylenol is the best medicine for everybody... take nothing else... My doctor always tells me to take tylenol. Non-surgical routes such dietary and exercise i... ask your doctor!...
