| *Women health>>>High Blood Pressure |
I'm 13yrs old I'm obese. I have signs of high blood pressure.I try 2 get on a diet but i always ruin it? |
I weigh 224lbs.No ones EVER made fun of meBUT if start buying salads thell probabaly think know what I'm doing.and they will probabaly compare me to my skinny popular cousin. What should i do.***** I speak from experience. Don't worry about what others think. It's your body and your health at risk, not theirs. Start walking around your block once a day,and don't eat anything after 6:00p.m.. Good luck. just keep it up and don't feel bad if you cheat on your diet sooner or later you will get use to not eating so much. maybe go for a walk or ride a bike every time you cheat as a lesson not to cheat. i read somewhere if you eat 3 apples a Day you will slowly lose weight. Keep dieting & get you some exercise. Go walking around the block for 30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week. Just stick with it. If they are really your friends they will support you bettering your health. If you slip up just get back on track and don't beat yourself up over it. Goodluck. if they say somthing about you buying salads, just say you really like them, so why not eat them. also eat for snacks things like a few nuts which are good for you and not fatty. Get yourself checked out for pre-diabetic syndrome. I would bet your insulin is high, your blood sugar runs low (causing cravings - especially when on a diet) and your cholesterol is high. Check out www.hufa.org for some eating ideas that may not be so conspicuous as salads, but may help the cravings. Feel free to e-mail me if you wish more info. High weight 242 pounds, now 218 and hopefully continuing to lose. |
