As far as weight loss is concerned I will give my stock answer I am afraid, however it is interesting to see how close this is ( I have been using it for over 2 months), to a recent paper from University of California. They did a meta-analysis of all the work on weight loss over the past few years. ( summary) It showed that 2/3 of people who diet yo-yo to a higher weight, none of the faddy diets of diet pills work and that rapid weight loss doubles heart attack risk!

They seemed to suggest the only hope was modest calorie reduction + EXERCISE.

I have to admit I have a 'stock' answer for this question, since if you look it appears 20-30 times every day!!!

Type 'guaranteed weight loss' into google, you will find 1 1/2 million sites!

We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Drop to about 1,500 calories.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

just go and talk with a serious doctor... he/she will give you a table with a specific diet.
walking and going to weight watchers or a nutritionist trained in this sort of thing. It really helps. It's hard to diet yourself even if you know what to eat because you dont get motivation unless you join a program.
i lost 20 lbs i 6 weeks by eating meats..chicken... with salads and accompanied with soup.. for lunch and dinner.. no bread. no rice..my soups had noodles.. i did not limit myself much...drank water. splenda... no soda...roasted meats... take care and good luck..oh!!!!!! i did not exercise.
i have used tablets called xenerdrine got from holland and barret a health shop,they work but only with exersise go and see if safe for you they do allsorts which are good and this is a herbal shop so wont sell no rubbish,try klb6 and fat matabolisers the shop said these are popular and work and are cheaper than xenerdrine these are 拢40 a jar.x eat good foods alot of veg and bit of meat and fruit instaed of chocolate etc i find doing a big bowl of salad in cubes sweetcorn etc keep it in the fridge if im hungrey or want to pick i eat a few mouthfuls of this.i find this easy as i love veg,salad fruit etc also mash potato with salad and quiche is a good filler.remember to walk even if just to the local shops or a bit of swimming.good luck.xx

control salt ,spicy and fat....

just use BP control slippers which will be like with so many needles(ofcourse smooth ones)
