Does anyone know of a sign as to the difference between having anxiety and just having high blood pressure?

in high blood pressure you feel hot and clammy and light headed. in anxiety you feel as though you are dying and you are in awful fear of something which you cannot identify. i have had anxiety and i described it as being in hell.
