I never have any energy anymore no matter how much rest i get. could my cholesterol be high blood pressure? Get to your dr, tell them your symptoms, ask them to run some blood tests to see what may be causing this. Don't depend on the answers here trying to tell you what it is. Most here are not medically trained, get to your dr. It 'could-be' any number of things,..... best to get a Doctors' opinion,....get a physical,....or, if You can't afford the blood-tests, etc..... try donating some blood, they'll test it for You, and notify You if there's something 'seriously' wrong with Your blood-sample. go to the doctor get some blood tests I had the same issue and it was low iron. Talk to your MD Have you been drinking enough water, electrolytes, and take your daily vitamins? All the sleep in the world will not replace these essentials. check your hemoglobin, blood sugar, s bilirubin, lipid profile Could be something to do with your diet or your physical activity.
