Why vomiting will result in low blood pressure, high pulse rate and high bowel sounds?
Vomiting over a long period (repeatedly, without being able to keep liquids down) will result in dehydration pretty quickly. Dehydration in turn causes decreased circulating blood volume which results in the elevated heart rate and in severe cases a drop in blood pressure. An irritated gut exhibits increased peristalsis (the rhythmic smooth muscle contractions that move food through the gut) which can be heard as active bowel sounds.

dehydration can be a result of low blood pressure...the chain of events here. drink plenty of fluids!!! or, go to a hospital for fluids if you're not keeping enough in
