My blood pressure is high but it is controled due to medications. What action if stay in SPA for 30 minutes ?


During 30 minutes stay in SPA (Hot Water Pool) whether my
blood pressure will increase or decrease ?

It should decrease because of veso dialation. Heat will cause this dialation, and the heart will have to work less to provide blood oxygen to your extremities, causing a lower blood pressure.
Heat causes vasodilation, so your BP could decrease, and in combination with your meds...I would suggest being careful. If u start feeling dizzy, get out. And try getting out of the pool slowly (If your BP was getting very low due to the meds and heat, you may get dizzy when u go to stand up---so be careful and get out slowly).
