What can I eat for breakfast if my blood pressure is high and cholestrol? I hate oatmeal and cottage cheese!?

#1 for high blood pressure is low sodium, or low salt. #1 for cholesterol is low animal products.

One idea - make homemade salsa. Tomato, onion, cilantro, and whatever peppers you want. Make a bunch of rice - checking to make sure your rice has no added salt. Prepare some black beans, canned OK if no salt added, but better to do yourself. Alternatively, saute boneless skinless chicken breast in olive oil, then shred chicken when cooked through.

Mix all of this up. You can eat it out of a bowl, make a burrito or taco, freeze it to preserve for a while, or eat fresh when it's done.

Maybe you could try one of Kashi's cereals...they are great!
you should be allright with fresh fruit and a glass of skim milk, some whole wheat toast or a good high quality cereal (cocoa puffs and lucky charms don't count as high quality) plenty of whole grain food should be in order.
try kashi or if that doesnt work lean pockets is always a good choice. If you get the ones with bacon egg and cheese youll be all set. Good Luck
In the trenches method: I make a big batch of rolled oats once a week -- keep batch in fridg. -- get up, mix the cold oats with soy milk and drink the damn thing down. Don't have time to like or dislike. Then if you eat some fruit or something, great, or whole toast and peanut butter -- fine. Regardless you got the good stuff in ya. Now hit the coffee -- skim lattes.
