Is it better 2 av high or low blood pressure and how do u get rid of either? Both can be dangerous and only a doctor can tell you what is best for each individual to control either one. Sometimes it's genetic so you can't get rid of it, but you can at least help a little: eat healthy, exercise, no smoking, no stress. |
