If blood pressure is usually high and suddenly drops to 121/62, is this bad?

my husband is 42 yrs. old, he has a history of strokes. his blood pressure has been running very high like 200/103,and now it has dropped.he is also a diabetic. he says he's real tired and has a headache.

There is something going on, keep monitoring him or get him to the hospital. If his blood pressure is up and down like that then he is at risk for another stroke or heart attack. He could be up and down like that for weeks, but the inevitable is possible. We had a resident who was 59 doing the same thing and we were trying to regulate with his medications, but he was all over the map. He had a major heart attack and coded in the ambulance. I don't recommend taking it lightly. Better for someone to say all is well than to be in the CCU/ICU. I would take him to the hospital.
Yes It is Bad. Talk to a real Good Doctor. By the way, may I pls know what medication he is now running : For Blood Pressure and for Diabetic. ??? Pls let me know as well his weight and hight ?
