My wife and I both have high bloode pressure..will having a dog lower our blood pressure?

I've read that owning a pet in general helps people with stress and lowers blood pressure. A dog, simply by reason of walking the animal, could help you immensely, as this is good exercise. Depending on your health levels, playing with the dog helps, as does petting, etc., because all these activities also release endorphins in your body, which makes a human feel better by acting as pain inhibitors in addition to lowering blood pressure. If you can, get a dog. I have a chronic heart condition, and want a dog really bad for the very reason you are talking about-plus, I just love dogs anyway. It can't hurt for you and your wife to get one!
The experts say it will lower it. They also say that about other pets including fish.
Taking the dog for long walks will help you lose weight and it is the lost weight that will help you get lower blood pressure.
Please read the apple cider vinegar website.
Yeah it may help . But taking less sodium may help better and exercise is very good for lowering blood pressure.
